During the process of the formation of the company, it then established its own factory at its head quarters in Beijing to provide the company with the required materials to operate in a cost effective and productive manner.
The company’s factory is recognised as one of the largest scaffolding manufacturing operations in China. Until recently, the company has been manufacturing equipment for its own use. However, since meetings taken place between the directors of both CCHW and CCIS, it was agreed that CCIS would become the provider of CCHW manufactured equipment, which leaves us at CCIS in a unique position to offer these materials direct to our customers at realistic rates, direct from our sister company’s factory.
CCHW. is a member of China Formwork Association, governing unit of China Formwork Lease Committee, as well as a member of Scaffold Industry Association of the USA. With more than twenty years' efforts, our company has become a professional manufacturer and supplier of scaffolding equipment. With our workshops covering an area of over 50,000 square meters, we employ more than 300 well trained staff members. We possess advanced equipment, strong R&D capabilities and a strict quality control system.
Our products include ringlock scaffolding, cuplock scaffolding, frame scaffolding, aluminium beams, steel props/shoring systems, steel planks and formworks. Our products are widely used in the construction of highways, bridges, subways, tunnels and fire electrical engineering. All our items are manufactured according to the standard of BS-1139, EN74, ASTM, JIS. In the meantime, we attained international system certifications of ISO9002, ISO14001 and OHSAS18000 in 1990 and also have passed the evaluation of Det Norske Veritas (DNV) Quality System Certification for our scaffolding equipment.
We apply advanced full-automation welding production lines and advanced handicraft equipment. Our products are made of high strength low alloy steel by anti-erosion treatment through hot dip galvanized craft. With stable quality and competitive price, our products have enjoyed a sound performance in sales all through the country and have been exported to more than 10 countries and regions, such as Europe, North America, South America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
